Kubota B5200E Emergency Flashers not working

I bought a 1984 Kubota B5200E and everything works but the emergency flashers. So, I would fix it myself, but God only gave me what he gave me, and I can't figure out how to get into/behind the dash. Any guidance would be appreciated (especially pictures). I usually find something on youtube to educate myself, but not such luck on this one!

How do you get behind the console to the switches and gauges?

Also, a dealer quoted me $65 for a flasher. That seems like CRAZY TALK. Your thoughts and suggestions where to find one other than a dealer?

Thank you! So there is great info at "Index of Kubotabooks/Tractor Owners Manuals/", but the 2 service manuals I went through don't reference gauges or switches or accessing either. I am way out in newbie land here!

Do the Left/Right turning indicators work?

If all of your other light/lamp switches work (or not) it could be as simple as a bad relay, which (at least on my tractor) are located along with the fuses. Indeed, most of the relays are the same and can be swapped around to see if the fault 'travels'.

Schematically, there could be an R/C (resistor/capacitor) bit of circuitry that provides the on-off timing of the relay.

After feedback, I started at the Fuse per the feedback and found out it had two shorts. Cleaned off the ends of the fuse with a drimmel tool, and then the connecting wire had a short (old tractor). Flashers work now. Thanks for the feedback!
