Kubota B5200 $?

I'm looking at buying a Kubota B5200 2 wheel drive for grass cutting. The tractor is in excellent shape with the sheetmetal and paint mostly like new other than normal wear. It has a 48" belly mower and a manual transmission and of course turf tires. I don't think the 3 pt hitch and rear pto has even been used. Does anyone have an idea what it is worth? Dont know where you are, but here in the North East any kubota is worth some money- that kindof rig would get $3500 or so up here, give or take. I sold a similar B6000 with mower and tiller for $3500 a couple years ago, had a zillion calls. There is a mint B4200 (similar but 4wd) for sale here with mower for $4500 - probably will take $4....
