Either tractor would work a snow blower fine. Are both 4WD? Does either have a loader. Do you have a particular snowblower size in mind? I am assuming you are talking about a rear 3PT snowblower?
The MF is physically quite a bit larger and a heavier a tractor. I usually see them at farm auctions around here. After the MF 135 I think the MF 231's seem to be popular around here so I imagine that parts supply will be good. For some reason I think they were made in Poland but I'm not too sure. They seem to be a typical choice for someone who is looking to do farm chores like running a small square baler, plowing along with the many other things like clearning snow etc. etc.
OTOH, the Kubota is a light compact machine that is really made for an acerage and chores that come with an acrerage, more so than a farm. The
B2910 is a very light tractor and is a great choice for finish mowing a lawn, clearing snow etc. etc.
The Kubota will have a smaller turning radius and will do much better in smaller spaces than the MF.
There is a lot of overlap between all tractors: Both will handle a 3PT blower or a rotary cutter fine. Both will run a wood splitter (3PT or hydraulic?). The MF will handle bigger implements overall.
Any other chores you have in mind? If you said you wanted to plow, or run a small baler, I'd say go look at the MF 231. If you said you want to finish mow grass, I'd say look at the Kubota. Both will clear snow fine. If one was 4WD, I would lean to that particularly for snow clearing.
I think that you will find that the more information you provide about your intended uses, property size, plans that you have for the future with your property, part of the world your property is located in, length of your drive, etc. the more responses you will get.
There are a LOT of tractors in between a Kubota
B2910 and a MF 231 that will probably serve you well. If we had more details about your situation, we might be able to make suggestions about other machines that you might want to keep an eye out for as well.
