I am putting together a deal on a new B2650HSD TLB unit.

The deal is breaking down as follows:
B2650HSDBase Price + R4 Loaded $16652
LA534A Loader $3208
B2366-MECH Kubota SSQA Kit $432
B2356-60" Light Material Bucket $559
B7308A-3RD 3rd Function ROPS mounted $799
BH4962 Backhoe Subframe Kit $939
BH77-7.7' backhoe $6844
BT1952A-16" Backhoe Bucket $648
B8785 Wheel Spacer Kit $299
Total of rebates: -$3580 (-$1000 2 implements, -$700 Local, -$1880 Dealer discount)
$26,800 total.

KTAC Insurance (7 years) $2926
State Fee $252
Kubota Loan File Fee $75

Trade value of BX25D TLB with 150 hours -$13,000

Total of above with trade subtracted $18,553

Sales Tax $1,113.18
Cash deposit on deal $6,600
Financed amount $13,066.18
0% @ 84 month payment $155.49

I also am requesting a full set of fluids and filters for the 50 hour service that I will perform, I mean all. Front axle, engine oil/filter, HST fluid/filter and fuel filters. I am asking for this to be thrown at the deal as it is priced above.

Okay, I am trying to be right in the $150 payment area, so I may move the cash on the deal to $8,000 to move that number to $138 and allow the possibility of adding:
Mechanical Thumb for BH77
Loader Auto Level kit for LA534A Loader
Kubota Ballast Box for 3 point.

I do not have prices or even guesses on those 3 items yet. My salesman is out of the office until tomorrow.

I had a fellow on Facebook suggest I ask for the "optional" bigger R4 tires, they will prevent the use of the mid mount mower, but I am really thinking I want to go with a 3 point finish mower.

Are there any other things that I should be looking at adding to the tractor itself, any other tweaks/options that maybe I am not aware of?

I have a 72" back blade and a 5' box blade now. I'll be buying a 60" finish mower later. That is about all of the attachments I'll need, aside from maybe one day getting a post hole digger or a chipper just for the fun of it.

Are you folks seeing this as a pretty tight deal, or do you all feel that I have room to squeeze more? The deal for the tractor is falling in line with what 4 other dealers priced within a $500 total spread, they are all playing in the same ballpark. But maybe that is because they are all shooting high and I should be looking to push the deal down? This dealer won the prize on the trade value, and with that comes reduced taxable purchase. So his slightly higher trade and slightly reduced tax makes him the clear winner by hundreds of dollars, and he is the closest dealer by a pretty good margin. I had one dealer offer me $10K trade on a 150 hour BX25D! That was just silly. The other 2 were not horribly far off of this fellow, but they were in fact a few hundred less, and the taxes a bit more...

85 views and not a single comment? I thought I provided enough detail to get some serious input, and maybe get some suggestions from some of you.

What is wrong, does my breath stink?

Looks like a good deal to me. I can't help as mine has a cab and no backhoe. Did get the 60 inch bucket and 3rd function.

I don't know if helpful or not but early this year I bought a B2650, no back hoe, but with some extras like the 534 loader, 72" mmm, 3rd function, and two rear remotes. To be honest I forget the price now but it came to just over 13% off the build price on Kubota's site. Nothing added for labor to install the remotes, then they further deducted the factory rebates which were $500 + $1,000 I believe. (Maybe it was just $500 + $500). Not the best price maybe but I thought fair enough.

Not bad breath, just some of us who have visited it have no idea on pricing. Some comments outside of price, I have used B2710 with 72 inch rear finishing mower which in thick grass is all it wants but the MMM would give some advantage to the rfm such as turning and the fact the rear wheels do not run over the grass before mowing it. As to price I rather pay more to have a dealership that would be a servicing my equipment for a good servicing dealership is worth a lot. Hope you enjoy your tractor and equipment.

I can't comment because I just priced a B2601 with a loader and backhoe here in Canada and it was $47,000.

Needles to say I'll just keep my B2620 I paid cash for.

Did you consider the L series at all? There is good case for looking at the L2501 or L3301.
