Kubota B21 Lift Arms

2003 B21 TLB . I unhooked my backhoe and put on my box blade. No problems up to this point. After about 20 minutes I noticed I could not lift my blade. Unhooked blade and lift arms would lift but no power at all. I could push them back down with just my weight. No weird noises. Plenty of fluid. Just changed filters. Raise lift arms and lock valve and they stay up. Lever was in 3 point position. Checked bypass valve under seat and it was good. Scratching my head. Any suggestions would be greatly!!!!! appreciated.

I have a 2004 B21. Experienced a similar problem one time, it was simple, hadnt used the 3point in a while and the lever for choosing backhoe/3point was not moving fully up and down. Sprayed with WD40 it loosened up and was OK.

I have no special knowledge on hydraulics but would do some generic checks. Does loader work? Put backhoe back on, does that work? This might indicate whether it is specific to the 3point mechanism or something else. Take filter back off, there must be a check valve in the mount, see if gunk is holding it a bit open? Good luck. Hopefully someone with specific expertise will chime in.

Thanks for the reply. The lever your talking about seemed to be working fine as we'll as fel. Am going back together with it now. Will do further testing.
