Kubota 84" snow plow rubber Plow edge

I see on the Kubota web site, they now offer a rubber cutting edge for the 84" snow plow. I called Messicks and Neil said they are available. I just wondering if anyone has any experience with this, I'm having my road/driveway black topped this summer and looking for something that will be gentle on the new surface.

I would guess that it would wear quicker than steel but leave no scrape marks on the new blacktop. Would be easier to replace rubber rather steel cutting edge.

I have used a rubber edge since 2005 and I just replaced it this year. It is reversible and has additional mounting holes to deal with wear.

It has saved wear and tear on Drive way.
