Boatman, I guess you're talking about a canopy, and mine was made by Wells Ag Co. in Elm Mott, TX. They do not sell to individuals; only through dealers, but I stopped to visit with them one day and if your dealer doesn't already sell their canopies, he can call them to start. My Kubota dealer installed mine for $100 less than the OEM Kubota "plastic" canopy. I got the insulated steel painted to match the tractor, but they also have unpainted diamond plate aluminum for the same price. Best canopy I've seen yet.

Bird, thank you for the quick post. do you have a web page or a phone number for them?

Boatman, check this link for previous discussions about them. It includes the address and phone number. At the time I stopped to visit, they said they were just starting to develop a web site. It seems to be a small place, but they told me they ship out about 400 canopies a month.

In fact, if you try this link you can even see a picture of my canopy (if you don't mind seeing my ugly mug, too). I have since replace the little round rear view mirror with a much better 5 x 7 mirror and I have front to rear and side to side tiltmeters as well as front and rear lights mounted on it.

Bird, you are fast. do you remember the cost? top looks great. looking to mount some lights and a fan on it.

Boatman, I paid $295 for mine (included with the tractor when I bought it). Since I bought the tractor in Waco, and Wells Ag Co is just up the road, I assumed others might pay more (shipping costs); however, one of our members in Missouri said he paid the same price for his. Now of course that was 2 years ago last August.

BIRD: nice looking tractor. did u wire those lights into the existing switch or did u add another switch for them?

Frank, under the seat is a wire, with connector, for the optional Kubota worklights. It's fused and runs through the key switch (only hot if the key is on). I used that. Then if you look at the angle iron frame just in front of the two bolts on the bracket that hold the canopy on, you'll see a 3-way toggle switch that I installed. I don't need to be able to see it when I'm on the tractor; just reach up straight to my right; flip the switch forward for the front light or backwards for the rear light, center for off. I figure I'll never need to have both on at the same time, and if something accidentally turns one of them on during daylight, no problem; it'll be off when I turn the key off.
