The flange of my spindle broke.
I've been fighting the removal of the old spindle. The belt pully is on the top side of the deck and the spindle is below.
The challange is the removal of the pully. I have removed the two set screw/boldts, the top clip and washer but the pully will not slide off the spindles shaft. I've tried everything short of a cutting torch (I don't own one).
I can't see any more clips or anything else. There seems to be a square key in the slot for the shaft and the spindle but I did not find any setscrews that might losen it.
Any suggestions.
