kubota 4wd b7100 gear shift w/ loader 2100 hrs $5000

I've been keeping an eye on these for a year or so and price is probably in line with others. I think I've seen the tractors alone for 3000-3500 but this one may be in nicer shape, and if you have to buy a new loader they can cost around 2000 is what I read. He said he could go 5000 for the rig.

What do you guys think?
