Tractor was starting fine.....Parked....when restart attempted next day then battery had drained to about 9 volts for no obvious reason.

Battery checks fine and charger took it to a charge of 12.6 volts ok.

Battery installed...nothing..no crank..no lights..no flasher.

Battery cables seem ok (not tested fully though)....one fuse box with five fuses all ok. (is there more than one fuse box?)

If only one fuse box, I will rigorously retest battery cables...... OK, what I did not want to admit. a senior moment ..sometime late in this troubleshooting I reversed jumper leads....Battery still is fine, fuses still fine.......

Where do I look after battery, battery cables and fuses?/

Many thanks Max

Fusible link can be the culprit. Google the term and you will learn that it is a sort of fuse use on the main power supply to the tractor.
I will attached some info for different models of Kubota's to give you the concept.
The fusible link is a wire with a special insulation. The wire melts and the insulation stays in place to avoid anything shorting out.

Sometimes the link is at the starter terminal where the main battery cable connects. If there is a smaller wire also on the terminal which is the main feed to the tractor systems the link may be there or as shown in one of the images at the input to the fuse box.
Kubota makes them in the form of a loop with plastic terminal which plugs into another terminal and seems like it has no purpose.
If you unplug it check for continuity between the two ends. No continuity it is blown,
Dont make the mistake of replacing it with ordinary wire.
You may have blown it when the jumper cables were reversed.
Here is one sold by Messicks but I dont know if it is the one for your tractor
Kubota: Fusible Link, Part # 3633-7538
Your low battery issue is another problem
