Kubota B2650 / RTV-X1100C Toro Titan 5
I JUST BOUGHT A TRACTOR!!!!! (Thought about buying a Corvette, but wanted to look way cooler.) Don't think the wife sees me any different though. yet.

I just received my KUbota 2650 and wanted to add a three point ball hitch to the arsenal. Looking online to get some pricing and I'm seeing verbiage of Category 1 lift pins (7/8" diameter). Is that the correct size for a 2650? Is that a standard size? I've been searching " Kubota 2650 lift pin diameter" and can't find anything on line. Help would be appreciated, my tractor sits 2 hours away from me during the week, else I'd measure it.

I can't stop watching attachment videos on youtube. Thinking a new corvette may have been cheaper in the long run.....

7/8" pins are correct for a Cat. 1 three point hitch which is what the B2650 has

My advice: Purchase the optional fixed rear center drawbar, then bolt the ball hitch on.

You can attach a ball to a cross-drawbar, but there is nothing on the Three Point Hitch which prevents it from rearing up at inopportune moments. The width of a Category 1 cross-drawbar is 26".

Thanks all. Yep, I understand the 2650 has the three point hitch, what I was asking is the pin size. In these links I'm guessing three-point must be standard, and the 7/8" is specific to a Cat.

Here is the item description that caused me to ask the question. https://www.amazon.com/Receiver-Tra...argid=aud-643565131866:pla-571952278017&psc=1

The cross-draw bar is what I was thinking about purchasing. I hadn't thought about it rearing up at an inopportune time. I'll give that some thought.

It does have a fixed rear center draw bar, but it sure seems short, perhaps there is some length hidden I didn't notice.

Jeff9366 - Thanks for the correction, B2650.

Poor description in the link. Category 1 Lower Link pins are always 7/8", Category 1 Top Link pin is always 3/4".
Minimum spread for Category 1 Lower Links is 26". Harry Ferguson's standardized Three Point Hitch is used throughout the world.

Read the LINK in Post #4.

T-B-N discusses mostly Category 1 and Category 2 Three Point Hitch tractors. There also exist Category 3-4-5 Three Point Hitches for tractors up to 600 horsepower with $2 million dollar price tags.

Consider towing behind your RTV1100 rather than the tractor using the optional fixed drawbar.

Thanks Jeff. I do use my RTV110 for towing as well, there are times moving things around in the pole barn where I thought I may want to use both. But, I've realized in the short few weeks I've had the tractor, that it is a different animal, with weight balance, maneuverability and such. I appreciate the words of advice from all of you. Thank you. I'll continue to research.

Just read the link in #4. Thanks, great read.

It's hard to find a 2" hitch ball with mounting threads small enough diameter to mount in the center fixed drawbar hole on my B2650. I would have used my drawbar for a trailer ball already if it wasn't for this, but as I already have the FEL with ssqa for my pallet forks, I'm planning to use the forks for trailer hitching by drilling a 1" hole near the end of a fork to mount the ball to when I need it.
Being able to raise and lower the hitch ball on the move makes attaching and removing way easier.
I also now sport a 3-point wood chipper, together with having my small dumper trailer easily, and simultaneously manouverable with the tractor forks, will make chipping, collecting, moving and dumping very smooth.

For a 3-point setup (similar to the one you linked, and similar price range) I would look at the Omni Drawbar Hitch. You can also get these with a chain hook which is very handy for skidding logs. I have a Omni Transformer myself and it gets a ton of use. If negative tongue weight is a concern you can always chain the 3-point down.

Some folks put a hitch receiver on their bucket, which affords the benefit of moving trailers without looking behind you. There are even clamp on versions that may work, depending on the application.

nbryan - 3 point chipper? May need to add that to the list one day.....

blkqi, I looked at the Omni Drawbar hitch. So I would need to purchase a draw bar to use it? Are there other purposes for having a draw bar? Trying to understand why buying two pieces versus a single component as I listed above. Thanks
