Kubota 2000 model M4900 hydraulics problem

I can't raise the three point on my M4900 Kubota. The lever is difficult to move and the three point barely moves the bush hog up and down. I added fluid but no help. Could it be a clogged filter problem?

Yes filter could be the problem. Did you check hyd oil level or just add oil?

I should have checked level first but I added fluid since I couldn't see it at the fill point. I haven't changed the filters in 5 years or so!! Now it's overfull. I'll probably pull the dipstick and let it flow to where it's full and check the filters. I hope that is the problem.
