Any idea where to find information on Kontak valves in the US?

I've been on that site. They are located somewhere in the UK/England and they don't have any information, only parts if you have part numbers.

Problem being, Kontak Hydraulics became Commercial Hydraulics which is now Parker.
The valve I have is on my Brantly LD6 backhoe that is on the Magntrac MT2016 I bought a few months ago.
I'd really like to find a manual, a source for seals, boots for the joysticks, a pressure relief valve, & a plug to replace the power beyond fitting.

I believe it is a Kontak Unit 10 which became Commercial KA10 which is now a Parker KA10.

Did you ever find any info on Kontak valves? I'm in the same boat. Parker owns about every hydraulic parts supplier out there but unfortunately their web site is terrible.

Yes there's an older valve and a newer valve
I emailed someone at parker and he put me in touch the someone from parker in europe, he send me some prints and part lists.
The one O-ring I couldn't find in the correct hardness, Parker wanted something like $50 for the 7 I wanted.
I bought a few pieces from White House Products Hydraulic Gear Pumps | White House Products | Hydraulic Pumps in which coming from over the pond was sill cheaper than buying from Parker.
I'll do some searching and see if I can find the docs I have which may be on an old hard drive somewhere around here.

the o-rings between the sections
Parker part = 3460500071 / Dowty Code = 200-019-4490 2 per kit
Parker part = 3460500893 / Dowty Code = 200-020-4490 1 per kit

I don't think I ever found the wiper/seal thats under the cap/around the spool but it's been 4 years :laughing:

Thanks for all the info. What I'm after is the power beyond fitting for my Kontak valve. My valve has a 3/4 BSP port where the power beyond fitting threads into. Any chance you still have your fitting?

Yes but it's in use.
There is a valve bank on ebay that may or may not have that fitting.

Looking at this picture of it, this is where I would expect the power beyond fitting and I don't see it.

What's your experience with White House? They say they have the part I need but interweb doesn't say it's in stock? Was shipping expensive and time consuming?
