YWeldnpower150 was sitting for several years did the usual cleaned Carb new fuel. No spark be points capped at .20 at best a weak spark then nothing compression test after several revolutions 120lb pulled flywheel sanded magneto contacts ohmed out spark plug wire and other wire. They were in spec. Put back together checked all wires for potential grounding. Removed ground wire from shut off. Separated all ignition wires made sure none of the wires were touching the case. It fired a little on either barely running then died. Seems to be pushing fuel out the carb- my thought is a valve is sticking but how could I get compression could the magneto ohm out and somehow be shorting out when I am trying to start it?
