Just wondering if anyone out there has ever tried to get info from the Kioti.com website through an e-mail reply.I have tried 2 times the last couple months to get info on plugs on the back of my kioti tractor and also info about their own tractor Kabs(cabs).I have received no response from them at all. This is in my consideration is poor customer relations and they should not be advertising on their website to contact them for any further info that we may be looking for.My local dealer has been great any time I have dealt with them but could not help me with the info on the plugs as they do not carry an attachment to plug into them.

Your best bet for answers is NOT Kioti, but right here on TBN.

What he said.
In my experience a dealer is the only people they will talk direct to usually.

About ten years ago I was having issues with my CK20 loader developing cracks. It was a widely documented issue here on TBN (since remedied). Contacting Kioti Korporate office was literally useless. They didn't return phone calls or respond via email. Eventually some of the better dealers (active on TBN) got through to them and we then got some action from the company. I've never seen evidence that their national corporate office has changed its tune. They don't "do" public relations or customer service except through dealers.

There was also a guy who seemed to want to help but who had clearly been shackled by his bosses and therefore did nothing. I don't know if the Connie person was just acting on order too. It was a lesson in Korean vs US approach to customer service.

I had a problem last year with my CK27. The dealer was giving me issues on the repair i was having done. So i emailed Kioti HQ in NC. Melissa took charge and answered all my questions. Told her what parts i needed and what the repair was. The bill came to $3900....in which Kioti paid $3000. The other $900 was for parts i wanted extra. Here is her email and phone #. I had no complaints on the way Kioti handled everything.

That's the lady listed in my recall letter I received a couple days ago, said to contact her if I had any questions or problems.

Glad to hear a positive story. Maybe Kioti has finally caught up with 21st century customer service standards.
