Kioti sc2410 Starting issues

Hi newbie here. I purchased a new sc2410 and had it delivered a month ago. After blowing snow on Friday evening I parked the unit. I went to start it the next day and the starter does not crank the engine. I have the PTO clutch disengaged, and the unit is in neutral, and my butt is parked on the seat. Am I missing something? I have a charger on it right now but quite frankly the meter is reading 75 DC Amps which is the battery specification. Any help would be appreciated because it is starting to snow again.

As it is still new I would check all the safety switches for a wire that maybe got pulled off in the snow. Also wiggle all the pedals,switches,levers to make sure they are not stuck in lock out mode.

Make sure the seat isn't froze. The safety switch on the seat could be keeping it from starting if it is.

Also check the PTO lever bracket under the right rear fender. Make sure it is engaging the PTO safety switch when the PTO lever is in nuetral.
