I began having intermittent start problems for several months that became rather annoying. Battery good; grounds checked; starter fine;
no power to solenoid terminal when key turned to start position on occasion. Other times was getting power to solenoid and starter would engage.
Became suspect of the ignition switch so I removed it and found high resistance to the start terminal when key was in the start position.
Opened up the switch and found heavy corrosion on the start terminal. Cleaned up the copper terminals/posts and my RX7320 now starting fine. I'm sure ignition switches are similar on other Kioties and many tractors for that matter.(see attached photos)
