My go to for parts has been Michigan Iron and Equipment. They have temporarily suspended the parts look up feature on their website. This is a feature I use a lot for trouble shooting.

If you need to look up a part, Paige Tractor still has the parts finder active.

Spoke with them last week they are chasing Kioti for parts. A bit of a chaotic time.

We thank everyone for the support we have had for our Parts Finder Service. It is our intent to activate this service again as soon as we can get our supply of parts back to where it should be. We need to be assured we can ship any ordered parts in a reasonable amount of time. It doesn't do anyone service to order parts that take an extended period of time to ship. This was a painful decision for us, but we could not take future parts orders until we could keep our shipping commitments.

We believe this should be a very short term event. Parts supply is improving, and should be back to where it should be in a couple weeks. As soon as we can be assured we can meet our shipping commitments, we will re-activate the site.

MIA customer service is excellent!
Denise in particular has been extremely helpful. I get the impression she’d fix my machine herself if given the chance. ALWAYS a pleasure dealing with MIA.

In short they “get it”.
