Ford 3600, Kioti NX5510 HST CAB
Greetings,

Forgive me if this is the wrong forum to post this in. I am selling my 2017 NX5510 HST CAB. It has 190 hrs and just has it痴 200 hour service. Also has EA wicked grapple, KL 6010 Loader, KB2485 Backhoe, Third function valve, Rear tire fill, Backhoe thumb, Second set rear hydraulics, Kenwood stereo, Titan 7 bushhog, Pallet Forks, Hay spear, and a 5ft boxblade. It has 1 year full factory warranty left plus 5 more years on the power train. Is 37,000 reasonable? Selling as we just sold our farm in middle Tennessee.

Thanks for any feedback.

Sounds like it would be a pretty good price for someone, assuming they're looking for a tractor with a backhoe. I'm not keen on CUT backhoes, but some are. A new tractor would run somewhere around $36k (I think that's what I paid for mine- ballasted rears and three rear remotes). Grapple is about $2k. Backhoe is $5k? Not sure of the brush hog, perhaps $1,500. 5' box blade? (I"m running a 7-footer on my NX). The attachments, less the backhoe, would tend to even out the depreciation, in which case it really comes down to the backhoe, whether someone wants a package with one.

I would ask a few dealers about selling on consignment for you. We have a couple here that do that. One advertises everything on clist and bigger stuff (like the setup you have) on iron planet or similar. Well worth the commission and they're dealing with all the knuckleheads and tire kickers instead of you :) You also have to consider selling used privately that a lot of folks aren't able to just write a $37k check, but can easily sign their name and make payments for a $45k loan from a dealer.....so you're competing with that.

Too bad the buyer for your farm didn't want the tractor too :)

Also the larger dealer that does lots of consignment sales, they are good about setting a very realistic price. Done so much of it they know you can expect to get $X for it, so they advertise it a little above that so potential buyers can negotiate it down a bit.
