Kioti Mechron 2200PS driveability issues?...

Don't have many hours on my 2016 Mechron, maybe 40-50.
Looking to see if any other owners experience rough running upon cold startup, and difficult to control low speed acceleration from a standing start, whether warm or cold, level ground or similar. Sort of jerky ride, not smooth as one would hope for. Its quite annoying, to say the least. My unit seems to be difficult to back out of the barn, it starts but stumbles until revved up for a while, does not seem to back up smoothly either, same jerky ride at low speed especially.
Its a 3 cylinder diesel, but does not run and move at all like my 3 cylinder DK-35 did or my current 4 cyl DK-40.
Is anyone experiencing similar issues, and if so, what if anything have you been able to do to correct them?

I believe the Mechron is made by Club Car and is based on their XRT1500. The Sheeves on CRTs at low speed, low torque tend to be grabby and a warm-up period may be necessary. The sheeve may also be dirty. Getting these things to work smoothly can be something of a dark art.
