does kioti have a HST cab tractor that you can put a backhoe on? I don't even see cabs listed on the kioti web site.

All their hydro cabs will take a backhoe.

Thanks, does kioti make their own backhoe? can you put a woods bh90x on it?
I looked at the bobcat tractor with it's backhoe, and didn't like the way the backhoe attached under the tractor, with very little ground clearance.

Woods does not have a mount to fit the cab tractor.
I have done them at my shop before.
You can only do it on the 40 and up.

How do people with the kioti backhoe like the hookup/removal? It looks harder than a woods backhoe, and looks like backhoe storage would take up a lot of space.

This post has been hanging around for awhile, but I just got to it. I like the Kioti back hoe attachment very much. Real easy to take off and put on, however it is big, long actually, I put it out behind the barn with a big tarp on it in the winter when I need the snow blower and it is not a problem for me.
My ole Chinese tractor had the back hoe hanging off the 3 pt hitch and it was a lot more trouble than this one, a half hour more trouble for one guy. Of course it had a PTO pump as well, so it had three more attachment spots than the Kioti. On the Kioti, just line up the rails, hook up the hydraulic lines, back it up, drop in two pins and away you go.

As Gil mentioned, my KB2375 slides right on or off my CK30hst, but the long frame does take up space for storing. I guess a trade off but I like not having the frame hanging under the tractor when not using the bh.

Not quite as easy as changing out the bucket to forklift assembly but darn near:). Make for very solid setup, I was able to drag myself up a 45 degree icy hill with the backhoe:confused2:, was only way up could get 1/2 way up then slide down again, even in reverse. Not sure I could have lifted myself up that way with a 3 point hitch connection:confused:, may have broke something, but it was as if it was meant to do that, and note I am a newbie, mine a CK27HST.:)

Getting the Kioti backhoe is a good option. The mount is much more solid than a 3pt. I would have gone this way if I didn't already have a 3pt backhoe when I bought my kioti. A frame mounted hoe is always going to be more solid.

Thanks for the responses. I like the woods backhoe, and the way it connects, but am told there isn't a frame for the kioti cab tractor. I am concerned about the long frame of the kioti when it is off the tractor.

I have a Rhino backhoe.
The subframe is very similar to the Kioti subframe setup.
Backhoe goes on/off fairly quick and easy.
Subframe does use up a lot of space when off the tractor.
My subframe works fine but I do like the 4 point type subframes a lot better.

Ditto the earlier comment about easy on off. I can take the BH off my CK30 or put it on in just a few minutes. It's a breeze. The BH is also handy as heck and I am thrilled I got it.

There is a member called "Mousefield" who has a woods BH on a CK30 I think. Search for his posts and you will find pictures.

The BH also makes great rear ballast when I'm moving round bales too.

jimmyj, how about some photos of you moving round bales with your CK? I'd like to see that.

Ok will do

I had some HUGE ones last year so the ones I show you will be smaller. The tractor works great for moving large square bales too.

The one thing with really big bales is I can't really see past the bale so it's a bit of a challenge to see where I'm going!:D

Here are some pictures. I have a 2008 CK35 HST with the Woods BH-70X backhoe. Must say the thumb is very useful. The tractor came with the backhoe on it and took me a few months to get to the point of taking it off. Have had it on and off probably 15 times now. Only a couple of times did it take longer than about 10 minutes, once took me about 30 minutes, guess I was having a bad day. Going to use the backhoe today at the neighbors to dig out a couple of trees. Nice sunny day today :) but looking wet :( for the next few.

Woods doesn't have the subframe for a Cab kioti, they have them for non cab.
Today I saw the news from Wallace, who I would have bought from, so it's kind of a moot point now.
