Oil & Fuel Kioti DK55C Fuel Problem

I have a 2008 dk55c with running problems. When I am doing a job with the tractor and turn to go up a grade , the engine rpm's die down. I have to push in the clutch to let the rpm's build back up. This happens when I am mowing ( 7 ft. flail mower ) or just driving up to the field with nothing running on the pto. I have changed the fuel , air and hydraulic filters. I think my next step is to replace the fuel lift pump. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Make sure there is no blockage in the fuel tank.
Also check the fuel tank vent
