Recently, I had a glow plug go bad in my tractor. I called the dealer, and they had 1, and wanted $49.95 for it! I couldn't beleive it, as I was considering replacing all of them. For those of you that are dealers, I realize that you have to stay in business, but come on! $50 for a $8 part? So, being the resourceful individual I am, I went seeking replacements. The glow plug is manufactured by Beru, world leader in glow plugs. Here is the message I got directly from them regarding the 0100 226 393 11v that is in this tractor: "Unfortunately this glow plug was taken out of our program some time ago and we do not offer any replacements". (lovely!) I did some extensive research, and found that the NGK's Y106-v Will fit into the combustion chamber, and will seat correctly. The only problem is that they are about 3/4" shorter. That means that you can't use the bus bar for the electrical connections, so I made some jumpers out of #6 wire and crimp terminals. Make sure you thread the knurled nut that comes with them, all the way down to the bottom, and add your electrical connections on top of that. The Kioti hardware that came off of the old glow plugs fit the new ones. Works Great! And, I bought them at O'Reilly Auto parts for the $8 I mentioned above. I'm sure there may be other cross reference's that may work, but this was my success.
Also, make sure if you replace the OEM oil filter with a Wix, use the 51324. The 51182 works as well, but is longer, and you won't be able to get the side engine cover on. (Real experience)
