Kioti DK5310 seat and "PTO CRUISE" CONTROL

This tractor came with "PTO Cruise" which is a fairly useless feature to me. Is there any way to put an actual cruise control switch in?
Also the seat does not flip up and holds rain water which is annoying as hell..any replacement suggestions?

I agree about the seat, I use a plastic bag with draw string to keep mine clean but keep it inside the barn. I disagree with the PTO cruise, I use mine all of the time. Took a few moments to figure out what it does and how to leverage it. I use it when mowing. I get the tractor to the 2600 RPM that I want and set the PTO cruise. Then as I approach an area where I want to slow down a little I drop the throttle to ~2200 or whatever, then when I want to resume I hit the resume button. The RPM goes right back to 2600 until I press the clutch or touch the brake pedal, then it drops to whatever RPM I had set it at. I like that I just hit the button to take it exactly back to the speed I set it at for mowing without fiddling with the throttle.
