Kioti CK30
My 2008 Kioti CK30 wouldn't' start a few weeks ago and I thought it was the ignition/ key switch as I have had issues with it in the past so I ordered a new one. While waiting for it to come in I took apart the old one and cleaned it up to have as a spare. When the new switch came in yesterday I installed it and the tractor would not crank. Lights on the panel wouldn't even come on, same as with the old switch. I then hooked up jumper cables to the tractor battery thinking it was a dead battery. While hooked up, the gauges will come on but when I turn the key to start, it just clicks. Thinking it was a very dead battery I took it to a auto parts store and had it load tested. Nothing wrong with the battery. I even swapped out my battery for another one in another tractor and it starts right up so I know the battery isn't the issue. Where should I look next? What would cause the tractor to have the gauges come on when hooked up to jumper cables but not crank. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Dirty/corroded terminals and/or connections at starter and/or block ground?

Start with both ends of the battery cables.
Following the above is still no start, jump from the battery connection at the starter to the wire on the solenoid from the ignition. If the starter engages with this action, but not with the ignition switch, you likely have a bad safety switch or wiring issue.
I am not familiar enough with your tractor to know what switches you have or how the wiring would be ran. One problem with most tractors is wiring is not well protected from sticks and such pulling wires out of connectors.
A multimeter can be used to test safety switches, or use a jumper wire to temporarily bypass the safety switch.

Battery is the starting point. Clean both terminals well and the connectors. Tighten connectors securely on the battery. Follow ground wire to the frame. Clean and tighten there as well. The clicking indicates it wants to start but can't source enough current at the required voltage. It takes a LOT of power to spin a starter.

Curious... when you hooked up the external battery where did you clamp the ground cable? Assuming that by hooking the positive jumper to the tractor battery positive and hooked ground to the chassis you got power to dash and clicks on starter, then it sounds like a bad ground connection or cable. The only effective "difference" was how you were grounded. A quick test to confirm would be to run just the negative jumper cable from tractor battery negative to same ground point that you used with other battery. If you get power to dash then it confirms grounding issue.
