Kioti CK30 or Kubota L3130

New here and it search of a new tractor. Our old ford has out lived its days and we need something a bit bigger.

Have looked a just about every tractor in the 25-35hp class and have come to a choice between the Kioti and Kubota.....Guess I like orange....... Well color really isn't it, the CK30 and L3130 seem to be the ones that fit the bill and also the two my wife likes as well. My wife will be running the tractor almost 50% of the time so her vote counts.

We are also geting an FEL and Tiller in the package and will be using the tractor on our 4 acre mini Horse ranch almost daily. We will also be using it on our 40 acre Hunting/Retirement property.

On the small place it will be used mostly for mowing and tilling, but on the big place we have a huge bunch of small pines to clear, roads to fix and many other tasks getting it ready to build our retirement home.

I believe either of these tractors will get the job done would like to hear what you guys/gals think.

Both will get it done, but if the 3130 is in the same price range as the ck30 its the better deal...more tractor.

The ck30 would compare better with the l2800/l3400 in my opinion.

I did choose the l3400 over the ck30 only because of the dealer.

Make sure you get the new style loader on the CK30

I started my shopping with Kubota on the top of my list, then looked at Kioti and purchased a CK35 3 weeks ago. Around here the price difference was pretty big. I was shopping for tractor, FEL, BH, as well as a trailer to haul it all and a couple implements. Not only was the Kioti tractor a little less expensive, the FEL and BH where less expensive as well.

The Kioti dealer was much better to work with, and that is really what got my business. He offered discounts on the implements and trailer if I purchased it all together, which saved me several thousand over the Kubota B3030 I was looking at.

BTW: My dealer had probably 30 tractors on the lot and none had the old style loader.

I was looking at Kubota as well especially the L2800 and L3400. I went Kioti CK30 due to more features at a cheaper price. Around here the L3130 is definitely more money.

Decided on the CK30 it is just more tractor for the money. To get all the options the CK30 has it would take almost $3K more for any other brand so Kioti it will be. The loader is the upgraded KL130 so I'm good there. Pick it up on Monday and just can't wait.

Welcome to the club, I have the CK30-HST and it is sure is one heck of a working machine!
