Backhoe Kioti backhoe 2375 Maintenance

I acquired a used Kioti 2375 backhoe, but I don't have a manual for it. I believe there are 18 grease points. What frequency should I use to grease it? How much should I put in at a time?

Hi Mark,

Should grease every 10 hours.

I would contact local dealer and purchase manual, will be very handy and it points out all grease points.

I don't have my manual at hand.

Don't forget the grease fittings on the swing cyls.

grease until you see grease coming out of joints.

I am planning on getting it. But wanted to use it in the mean time.
I probably would have forgotten the swing cylinders!

I grease about every 10 hrs, I would do it more often if you use a cheap grease. I know some folks buy the cheapest stuff they can find and grease each use. I'll spend more and not do it so often. Off the top of my head, there are 6 fittings associated with the swing cylinders, 4 with each stabilizer, 2 on boom, 2 on boom cylinder, 2 on dipper, 2 on dipper cylinder and 6 associated with the bucket and it's cylinder. I also have 2 on my manual thumb. You add about another 12-16 on the FEL, 6 more on the tractor itself.... I got an pneumatic grease gun!!
