I am looking at a 72 inch King Kutter brush cutter. I found some reviews by searching here but most seemed older. Has anyone bought one recently? How does it perform? What is the flex hitch they advertise? The best price I have found around here is $1200 at Fleet & Farm. Appreciate any help.

Save your MONEY and spend it on something that will last go with a WOODS BB 7200X,LANDPRIDE RCF 3672 or a BUSH HOG BRAND MODEL 296 the only thing you'll have to worry about is will this machine ever ware out, or finding enough to cut.. And by the way it's just as important to have the rite PTO HP to run it and have the rite tractor to put it behind that is the other very important thing to consider when you purchase whatever brand you go with.

I believe there are 3 different models of heavy duty cutters offered by King Cutter.IMHO your $1200 priced cutter is the cheaper model.If you are looking for a long term heavy duty brush hog I would look at there professional series cutter.For long term use I would suggest woods,land pride,bush hog,befco,rhino to name a few.

I own a six foot king cutter. Not bad for field work but will not stand anything over and inch. Built ver . Light and parts are hard to find. Good for a weekender but not for everyday work.

I have no idea why you are having trouble with parts.
Just go to the King Kutter website and order any parts you need. Doesn't get much easier.
