3016 wont start just clicks at the QGS controller( for glow plugs ) check all safety switchs and none have power--if you across starter cranks right up and is charging 14.4 volts On the QGS controller one side with the 8 gauge wires has power in and out But on the right side has 2 power wires coming are hot no power coming out Will this glow plug not let it start it just clicks or how do you check it

Bad starter solenoid, key switch or safety switch would be my best places to start.

Solenoid you would check voltage and if it was there, jump the terminals to see if it starts. For the switches I would need a schematic to start.
