Just want to say thank you to all of those who post their problems and especially those who post the fixes. I have been able to avoid hours of downtime and troubleshooting over the years thanks to the wealth of knowledge here on TBN. Just yesterday the dreaded fuse #2 struck my TC40D for the first time. 8 years and over 1000 hours and it just blew for the 1st time. Pulled it into the barn after mowing and proceeded to clean the mower deck. When finished, I went to start it to remove the jack stands from under the mower and nothing. With the information I have learned by reading the posts here on TBN I knew exactly what had happened. I pulled the instrument panel and sure enough, fuse #2 was blown. I installed a new fuse and all is well. Total down time was less than 5 minutes. I picked up a circuit breaker on the way home tonight, so the next time it blows I will just install the breaker and be done with it.
