Kawasaki Prairie 360 belt adjustment

installed a new belt in mine at 4000km. ever since then it squeaks when idling in gear. After lending it to my father for a winter to plow with now it revs up before it engages.

Mine sometimes squeals when idling in gear. As for the revving up have you tried reducing the idle? I have to adjust mine up to warm up and then down after it warms up or it clunks into gear.

idle is fine it's just like it has a clutch kit he revs up before it engages rather than engaging right off an idle like it should. need to take it apart get a new belt and shim it
