JW-03 Still Broken

/ JW-03 Still Broken #21
Hi Cv
I stopped using the hard o rings that came with the tractor toolbox.I found the valve was very hard to reassemble with the o rings not wanting to slide back in the valve. By the time they were back in the vakve they were scored. I replaced it with a cheap o ring from a hardware store. the rubber is softer and compresses well so the o ring is not scored when the valve is put together. I think the clearances are so tight that the o ring will work fine. Also make sure you have cleaned out the orifices in the spools.
I then changed the oil in the backhoe before using the backhoe.

Since doing this I have about 20 hours on it and it seems to be working fine. Much better than before.

Not sure why my last post posted twice, hopefully it wont do it again. Anyway, I replaced the o-rings with ones that seems to be a little bit heavier duty than the last ones. It is now running better than I think it ever has. I have a project to do with it soon so that will be my test, hopefully the o-ring will survive and nothing else will break... knock on wood. Thanks again for all the help guys!
