Kioti DK35
Good morning , I own a DK35 4x4 with shuttle shift with a front end loader. Yesterday I was helping a friend clean up his tornado damaged home and the tractor just stopped moving. I had pushed into a load of debri to pickup in loader and it wouldnot back up.

I could shift gears without pressing clutch and it would creep alittle in low range in first gear at high power , after 10 feet it would do nothing. The clutch has not been slipping nor did I hear anything break. We pulled it onto the trailer and carried to dealer, but the dealer said he would have to tear it down to see what is wrong. Anyone have any idea what could have happened?

It is a 2002 model with 1800 hrs.

Be sure to let us know what the dealer finds.
I have a 2001 Dk 35 just like yours and I'd like to know what happened.

I would check and make sure that clutch pedal motion is tranfering to the lever on side of bell housing, maybe a piece of debris jammed or bent the clutch linkage? the fact that the tractor would move some in low range indicates the clutch is slipping, (very badly if you can shift gears without stepping on the clutch. just need to find out why.

Anytime you are grubbing or pushing around debris and something quits working it is 99% of the time caused by something jamming linkage or un-plugging a switch/harness. Or in my case a stick cleanly removing all the blades of the radiator fan:(
