I just wanted to join in on the Green fun. I just purchased a "used" 2520 with a whoping 9 hrs. on it. It only has the 62d mmm for now, but as you all know more to come. Have to start somewhere. I attached a picture.
Chris 2520, I will take your loader, and hoe when you chose to upgrade. HA!

Thanks Gunmaker
I have been reading the threads here for 9 months. I really like all the information that is passed along to each other. I probably would not have bought a 2520 without all the positive feedback. Probably a smaller machine. I have a L130 Home Depot special and I really wanted a real Deere.

Good choice. I like the way they look with turfs, like a whole different machine than with the R4's.

I got mine in July and only have 20 hours on it, but no problems so far.

Congratulations on the new machine.

I am pretty happy with mine. as i am sure everyone knows.:D
60 hours. not the first problem. comes in handy for everything.
had to load up the welder and take it to friends house yesterday to do some work. for years it would take 2 of us and alot of grunting to load it into a truck. you haft to take the gas bottle off and load it seperatly. yesterday. i just poped the forks on and picked up the whole thing and slid it right into the truck bottle and all. it really makes life easier....;)

Chris......:)

We all know you love your 2520. I just bought mine used ( 9 hrs) in VT. I know that you were thinking of upgrading. The old timer had a 3320 in his garage and he was told he could only get 15k for it! If I had a bigger trailer and my wife was not there, I think I would have bought it. Low hrs, I believe 50-70 hrs. I believe it had a 300cx loader too!

When and if the time comes for me to go bigger. i will most likely trade up
with my same dealer. it would be my 3rd tractor i bought from them. i feel it builds even more repour with them.
I really dont want to go to the trouble of selling my tractor. thay been good to me. and i am funny about stuff like that. I just want it new. when it gets scratched. i want to be the one to do it, so to speak.
I know it sounds crazy. but what can i say....;)
yours has 9 hours. so i still consider that new.

Chris.....:)
