Just got my NEW TC30 / R4\'s ???

Hello,
Just had to write and say its official. I've traded my 1210 in and got that NEW tractor I've always wanted. I think its great. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif A TC30 HST with a 7308 FEL. Feels good to join the following of TC30 owners. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I just took notice that a guy has one about 5 miles down the road from me.
I'm just hoping I made the right decision on the R4's vs. Turf tires. My dealer told me if they weren't working out and I had less than 20 Hrs. on the machine he would swap them out for turfs and credit me the extra cash I paid for the R4's. Just got to make that decision before those 20 Hrs come which won't take long. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Other than that it sure is sweet going from gear drive to Hydro. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Congratulations, the tractor operator sure looks like a happy fellow. While shopping for a new tractor I test drove a TC-30 HST and really liked it, a very compact and powerful machine for the $$. My best buddy used to let me borrow his NH 1520, the older version of your TC-30, and it gave me my incentive to buy a CUT. His tractor is now 10 years old and has 1500 plus hours on it and all he had to replace to date beside normal maintenance items is the battery. RELIABLE.

Welcome to TBN. That is a fine looking setup you got there. That young man in the seat looks like he can't wait for Dad to give him a job to do /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Hope you both get many hours of fun on your new tractor. As far as the tire issue, you can do a search on this site and find lots of info and opinions on the great tire debate /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.

Henry: Congrats on the purchase of your new tractor. It's a great looking machine. I purchased the same unit about 3 months ago and thus far it has performed flawlessly. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine.

Congratulations Henry! I know you'll love your machine. My father started me driving Ford 8N's at 8 years old and now 45 years later I still love every minute of it. I put my sons on a machine at about the same age, just kept them in a low gear. They are now teenagers and can operate my Tn without supervision. I put my sons on a machine at about the same age, just kept them in a low gear. They are now teenagers and can operate my Tn without supervision.
