Jubilee spark plugs, medium or hot?

Looking at spark plugs for my Jubilee the vender ask that you choose "medium" or "hot". What is best for using the tractor for work? What are the pro's and con's for each? Thanks.

If it were mine I would out Autolite 437's (the now generally accepted plug of choice to use in the old Fords), it is a slightly hotter plug than OEM Champion C10. Generally if your tractor is only used for short jobs then a hotter plug would make since to burn off deposits, if you work your tractor hard or for several hours at a time then a plug that matches the OEM heat range would a good choice.
