John Deere Reverser unuseable

John Deere 6410 has given little trouble till now
reverser stopped working ,would move again if key turned off.
Now wont engage at all
Codes on rcu are 29 47 34
What are they?
Only have Operators manual no codes for rcu
Relays and fuses driving me mad
Can you help ?

I can't help you out but as you already kown the problem is a faulty relay,switch or wiring. Being from the old school I fail to see the advantage of the electronically controlled hyd devices on a tractor. What was wrong with the hyd manually controlled reversers,trans and rear remotes?? I guess it called PROGRESS

Is your reverser mechanically operated, as in lever with cable and linkage? Or electrically operated, as in a switch with wires, relays and solinoids?
For the codes
29 seat switch
34 fault at clutch pedal
47 clutch pedal sensor

I found these codes on the internet, so no guarantee they are correct

Do you have a Power Quad transmission?
If so, I think I found a better answer for the error codes.
029 Enable pressure switch indicates pressure, but pressure is actually zero.
a) enable switch is stuck open
b) circuit fault enable solenoid circuit
c) enable solenoid stuck open
034 Reverser lever remains in direction too long while range lever is in park
a) if when in diagnostic mode, range lever is in park and reverser lever is held in forward or reverse over 5 seconds
b) Neutral start switch indicates neutral, but range lever is in park
047 No neutral signal after engine is started
Every engine start the RCU must receive a neutral signal within 3 seconds.
a) neutral start switch stuck in open position
b) circuit from neutral start switch to RCU has fault
c) fault in not-neutral switch circuit
d) fault in forward or reverse switches
