Dealer John Deere Performance Excellence Dealership

My dealer, KC-Canary, Fultonville, NY informed me they were the only dealer in New York State and one of only three in the entire Northeast US that has received the prestigious recognition of being a John Deere Performance Excellence Dealership. Does anyone know what this distinction means and how a dealer earns such a recognition? Furthermore, does anyone know where a list of these dealers receiving this recognition can be procured or rather viewed on-line?
