John Deere Operator's Manual Hole Spacing 4-Ring Binder

Hello,
I have 1970s JD 7300 Industrial Tractor with all the original manuals. The Repair manual is held together with two weird flathead screws and I'm looking to get a binder to put it in. However, the hole spacing is not uniform (the middle space is bigger than the top and bottom spaces between holes). Does anyone know where I can find a binder of this style for housing a John Deere Manual?

Maybe you need an A4 4D binder? (European)

Your weird screws are probably what is know as "*** bolts"....

You might be able to have a Print Shop "drill" the middle hole to match a 3 ring binder.
I took JD tech manual CD and a 3 ring binder to a Print Shop. They printed the entire manual and drilled it for my binder. I came shirk wrapped. I had to put it in the binder. I was charged per page for print and drill.
