John Deere model experts: AWS+water cooled?

Can anyone identify for me a John Deere model (any vintage) which was water cooled and had AWS besides the 400/700 series? In other words, were any of the smaller machines (below the 400 series) offered with *both* of these features?

Take a look at TractorData.com - information on all makes and models of tractors . Start with models that end in a "4".

I don't believe you are going to find that combination in anything othere that a 400 series tractor. They had an LX277 48" AWS and a LX280 48" AWS with 17/18 hp kawasaki air cooled engines. The 425 AWS garden tractors have come down in price also if you want liquid cooled. they had nothing in the GT/GX lineup that I'm aware of that had AWS. They didn't tinker withthat until the X534. It is also air cooled. I imagine it is because of the price that you don't see the two together untill you reach a 400 series tractor.
