I just put a new crank oil seal on my JD L-120. when I had to take the lower half of the block apart I re-did the new gasket and put it together the way it came apart,,,now when i start the engine it goes straight to full throttle and nothing I do with the throttle or choke has any affect on it,,it stays at full throttle!! I turn it off immediatly. I have tried to go through the setting the "static govenor setting(if I said that right)" anyone have a clue what I am doing//did wrong?? did I assemble the lower and upper block wrong in a way that messed up the internal workings of the choke? My grass is getting out of control as we type,,,I may be looking for someone to bale my yard soon.
