John Deere F510 front mower

My mower dies when I release the parking brake or engage the PTO. I have replaced the parking brake safety switch and the seat safety switch, but it still dies when either thing is done. What do I do next?

Sounds like a lever is engaged, or in the wrong position for starting.. sometimes a small thing can be frustrating. But need to check all the switches that are there to protect us.. and for sure cause us grief.

Double check everything, and then try to jumper over some of the switches to track it down.
