John Deere bush hog 413, 513, 613 part question

Hi guys. Am new to the tractor world with an '86 kubota 8200. Just got a John Deere 413 bush hog and am needing to fabricate a few simple parts.
I was hoping someone on here could give me measurements of the spacer and steel "straps". On the diagram it's parts 3 & 4. W37728 & A20880

I've marked the parts on the diagram. I'd rather make them as close as possible to the exact measurements than guess what they are. It's the same on the 413, 513, 613. Length of spacer, width of spacer pipe - length of the metal "straps", distance between holes. Thanks, Brad

5" on center, 2" wide and 6.75" long. The round spacer is 2.5" wide. The two straps have one set of holes a wee bit bigger than the 2.5" wide round spacer. The second set of holes is the diameter of your typical top hitch pin.
