John Deere 855, which motor came in thie tractor?

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out which engine was offers in the JD 855 tractor. It's a late 70's, possibly early 80's tractor with a 3 cylinder Yanmar engine. I just can't pinpoint which model this is.

Any help, or information to point me in the correect direction would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Look on the engine, somewhere there should be a Yanmar nameplate with the model number.

My records indicate this should have been a direct injected model number 3TN75RJ, 24 hp/19PTO. Why are you needing this? Do you think another motor has been substituted? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif BTW, I show this model to have been produced from 1986 to 1998. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
