Hello, The power steering on my JD 770 is "whining" whenever I turn the wheels. Turning is still smooth with no performance issues - just noisy. Hydraulic fluid is full and looks very clean..had a full service checkup by light-equipment service center maybe one hundred hours ago and all appeared fine. No visible signs of fluid leak. I don't mind the sound, but as a relatively new tractor owner I just want to make sure continued use isn't causing damage. I'd welcome any insights from experienced tractor owners. Thanks!

I can't remember. Does it use the system hydraulic fluid? Does it have it's own PS pump? It must be the PS pump that's whining.
