John Deere 750 Compact hydraulics problem

My tractor hydraulics seem to have lost a lot of power. A hissing noise when at full steer or when the 3pt hitch or loader is heavily loaded
suggests the hysdraulic bypass valve is set too low. How is this valve serviced without owning a pressure gauge?

Should not do it without one. You can make up one for around $50 to 60.

Thanks Leejohn! Can you suggest where to get the parts for a $60 pressure gauge? I checked Grainger
and their least expensive 0-3000# gauge, without hose and coupling is $95, the hose would add another
$20 orso.
