John deere 6210 wire diagram / wont start on the key

Hi

Does anyone know what the SP mean? I see that the wire from K01 its label as 309CA and its go to SP and change to 309CB. I have the workshop manual but cant find anything what SP mean.

and also , I have a john deere 6210 SE 2002 model. It wil not start on the key. when i press the key to start there is no sound. I have all of these light under here flashing in the dashboard. I can start the tractor on the starter relay and start with no problem and when I have started on the starter relay I have no hazard light in the dashboard.

I get 12 volt to starter relay but no power on the small cabel at the starter ( 50 )

My guess is SP stands for splice as there is no other component listed there. It is just showing the wires connecting at that point.
