I have a John Deere 4410 Hydro and have tried to calibrate it and have tested everything and it all seems ok
I can do the foot pedal calibrations ok and the throttle calibration but when I do the drive calibrations there is no output voltage to the proportional valves
so the wheels don't turn and there is only a slow pulse from the MFWD sensor
The error code after the throttle calibration is Slow Slow Long Slow and Slow Long Long Long

Have replaced flywheel sensor and MFWD sensor

Any clues or questions guys

From the service manual:

The first code:
**-*
Fault:
Missing engine speed or signal exceeds rpm tolerance.
Machine Response:
Load Match is disabled.
Reset:
Engine speed has to be adjusted. Calibration repeated.

The second code:
*---
Fault:
The calculated value for the coil resistance exceeds the valid range due to open or short circuit.
Machine Response:
No drive in either direction.
Reset:
Power recycled through off to clear error status. Calibration repeated.

I would pin out the connectors back to the computer. You probably have a harness or a bad connection problem. You probably need the schematic and service manual if you don't have one

I have manual ,i have check all connectors and still

You need to pull the connectors at the computer and check the resistances to the coils and sensors. If it really is all good than the only thing left is computer itself. Did you check the coils? Did you c heck all the grounds for corrosion and a good connection?

If you look at the schematic for the Ehydro section, I would start by checking the coil resistance at the computer connector from the 050 ground circuit pin to the 696 and 697 circuit pins. I don't see in the manual where it states a resistance value for them, but I would start by comparing them to themselves.

I assume your seat switch is good and connected? That might screw with the computer trying to do the calibration.
