John Deere 4120 good buy?

Hey i bought a 2007 4120 with 240 hours, load match, speed match, motion match with ehydro and brand new 400x loader for $18500, was this a good buy?

Well the MSRP for what you mentioned is $29,787 with R1's, so if you got anything else in terms of accessories then the price would be even higher. If you were to get 15% off MSRP that puts it at 25,320 - plus taxes.

If you paid $18,500, that's a savings of $6,820 for 240 hours use and one model year old. As long as the 240 hours were not hard hours - sounds like you got a good deal to me.

well it dosent appear to be hard hours, still has a lot of tire hair and the plastic cover on the pto spline has never been off, it has the r4 tires on it also. he also had a 07 4720 with r4 tires, cad, 400x loader with 600 hours for $29400, so from what looking around ive done that seems pretty reasonable. So far i love it!

Well the R4's add another $400 @ MSRP and if you're happy with your deal that's the most important thing. From reading posts here on TBN there are those that feel the 4120 is the sweet spot in the 4x20 series.
