John Deere 4100 price

My neighbor needed money and decided to sell his tractor. He sold a well maintained and like new looking John Deere 4100 with industrial tires, loader, mmm, box blade, rototiller, weed sprayer and front forks for $7500. The tractor had had less then 1000 hours. That seemed cheap but I guess if you need money bad enough you do what you have to. How did that price compare to what you guys are seeing/paying?

First thought - somebody got a !ell of a deal! Sorry to hear that your neighbor was in such a bad spot that he had to make a move like that..

But whoever "inherited" his tractor should be smiling ear to ear!

I felt the same way but when I talked to him about trying to get more he seemed to imply he needed the money bad and needed to sell it fast. It was out in front of his house for about 6 hours till it was sold.
